great base for exploring cairns' highlights and parks

I loved staying here because it was just a few minutes walk to both the beautiful Munro Martin Parklands and the vibrant Cairns Night Markets, which made it so easy to enjoy the local sights and flavors every day.

The room was super spacious with a comfy bed, a nice dining area, and a flat-screen TV that had Netflix. Air conditioning worked well, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. There’s a lovely pool to chill by, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Great location too, close to shops and restaurants.

We had a great time with friends. The staff was super friendly, and our studio apartment was clean and comfortable. We booked trips to the Great Barrier Reef and Kuranda Scenic Railway through the tour desk. The pool looked inviting, and being a short walk from downtown was a bonus. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

One downside was the lack of towel hooks in the bathroom, which made hanging up wet towels a bit tricky.

I loved the spacious Studio Apartment, perfect for gathering with friends! The BBQ facilities made our dinners fun, and the outdoor pool was a great way to unwind. Plus, the resident cat, Bruzer, was an adorable bonus, often joining us during our relax-time!

A Comfortable Getaway with Room for Improvement

Our stay for 4 nights in a two-bedroom apartment left us feeling cozy and relaxed. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for family evenings. Just a note, expect a bit of a walk to nearby restaurants and shops, but it's manageable. A quick Uber ride can save time for the tired feet!

Surrounded by fab eats! Hit up Bagus Cafe and Jamdrop Cafe for a local vibe and delicious brews. We also loved the clean pool area and the well-equipped kitchen in our One-Bedroom Apartment for whip-up meals. It truly felt like a home away from home!

The lack of an elevator for heavy luggage was a bummer, and the bathroom cleaning could've used a bit more elbow grease. However, everything still sparkled despite these nits!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Cascade Gardens. The rooms were beautifully clean and well-decorated, with easy access to all areas including the lovely pool. The staff were exceptionally helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable.
